"Kualitatem" CEO Jamil A Goheer bad behaviour with employees of the company.

Special Reporter (IT):
Kualitatem CEO Mr Jamil A Goheer Fire senior competent employees from his consulatancy in his company without any notice.ON this misconduct employess protests and some of them has resigned.when company hire any employee ask him for three month notice before leaving.but they don't have a such rule of three month notice to fire any employee.when a company negotiate any parson about salary they don't discuss about tax.suppose the person demand 40000 and its compromised, company include every thing in it e.g basic salary ,tax, house rent and medical.while 40000 thousand is basic salary in which tax should not be included while company to fill Govt requirements make a false slip.in which every thing is included.

firing resources is Jamil hobby due to his its actions alot of people are unemployed.Pakistan is already facing unemployment.Degradation of old resources,Filing cases on the employess asking them to work like donkey and pay less.

Jamil hire incompetent and fired managers from other companies who then spoils the company enviroment and lead people to leave or get them fired. No sense of managing the resources.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s intelligence chief on Thursday denied US accusations that the country supports the Haqqani network, an Afghan militant group blamed for an attack on the American embassy in Kabul. “There are other intelligence networks supporting groups who operate inside Afghanistan. We have never paid a penny or provided even a single bullet to the Haqqani network,” Lieutenant-General Ahmed Shuja Pasha told Reuters after meeting political leaders over heavily strained US-Pakistani ties.
