چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری نے کہا ہے کہ لوگوں کو انصاف کی فراہمی عدلیہ کے ساتھ ساتھ ریاست کی بھی ذمہ داری ہے جمہوریت آئین کی عطا کردہ ہے

اسلام آباد (ثناء نیوز )چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری نے کہا ہے کہ لوگوں کو انصاف کی فراہمی عدلیہ کے ساتھ ساتھ ریاست کی بھی ذمہ داری ہے جمہوریت آئین کی عطا کردہ ہے عدلیہ ، وکلاء اور عوام آئین کے علاوہ کسی راستے کو قبول نہیں کریں گے ان خیالات کا اظہار چیف جسٹس نے لاء اینڈ جسٹس کمیشن کے اجلاس سے خطاب میں کیا انہوں نے کہا کہ لوگوں کو انصاف کی فراہمی صرف عدلیہ کی ہی ذمہ داری نہیں بلکہ ریاست بھی اس میں برابر کی ذمہ دار ہے چیف جسٹس کا کہنا تھا کہ عصر حاضر کے تقاضوں کو پورا کرنے کے لیے قوانین میں ترمیم ضروری ہے نظام انصاف کو تیز بنانے کے لیے حکومت کو قوانین میں ترامیم تجویز کی جائیں گئیں چیف جسٹس کا کہنا تھا کہ لاء اینڈ جسٹس کمیشن نظام عدل میں ترامیم کی ذمہ داری پوری کرتا ہے ترامیم عدالتی فیصلوں ، معاشرتی تقاضوں کی روشنی میں کی جاتی ہیں ان کا کہنا تھا کہ سماجی اورسیاسی پیشرفت نے نظام انصاف کے لیے نئے چیلنج کھڑے کئے کمیشن فوری اور سستے انصاف کی فراہمی کیلئے قوانین تجویز کرتا ہے قانون میں اصلاحات کے لیے اب تک 120 رپورٹس بھجوائی جا چکی ہیں چیف جسٹس کا کہنا تھا کہ شہریوں کو انصاف کی فراہمی کے لیے ججوں کی تعداد بڑھانا ہو گی چیف جسٹس کا کہنا تھا کہ جمہوریت آئین کی فراہم کردہ ہے اور آئین پر عمل فروری ہے آئین سے انحراف کی وجہ سے عدلیہ سمیت تمام ادارے بری طرح متاثر ہوتے ہیں چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ مضبوط نظام عدل عوام کے حقوق اور آئین کی حکمرانی کا ضامن ہے توقع ہے کہ اب تمام معاملات آئین کے مطابق چلائے جائیں گے ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ آئین سے انحراف کی وجہ سے تمام ادارے بری طرح متاثر ہوئے ۔
