وزیر اعظم راجہ پرویز اشرف نے کہا ہے کہ ریاست کو آئین کے مطابق چلایا جا رہا ہے


اسلام آباد(ثناء نیوز ) وزیر اعظم راجہ پرویز اشرف نے کہا ہے کہ ریاست کو آئین کے مطابق چلایا جا رہا ہے ۔ آئین میں واضح ہے کہ ریاستی امور عوام کے منتخب نمائندے ہی چلائیں گے۔ آزاد عدلیہ کے ساتھ عدالتی نظام کو بھی خود مختاری چاہتے ہیں۔ انسداد دہشت گرد کے قوانین میں سقم اور خامیوں کو دور ہونا چاہیے۔ وزیراعظم نے ان خیالات کا اظہار اتوار کو اسلام آباد میں وزیرقانون و انصاف سینیٹر فاروق ایچ نائیک سے ملاقات میں کیا۔ ترجمان وزیر اعظم ہاؤس کے مطابق ملاقات میں قانونی معاملات اور عدالت میں زیر سماعت مقدمات پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ حکومت قانون کی حکمران پر یقین رکھتی ہے اور ریاست کو آئین کے مطابق چلایا جا رہا ہے۔ریاست چلانے کے بارے میں عوام کے منتخب نمائندوں کا کردار واضح ہے۔ اسی طرح ریاست میں آئین نے مقننہ، انتظامیہ اور عدلیہ کے کردار کا تعین کر دیا ہے۔وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ ہم نہ صرف عدلیہ کی آزادی پر یقین رکھتے ہیں بلکہ آزاد عدالتی نظام بھی چاہتے ہیں۔وزیر قانون نے وزیر اعظم کو آگاہ کیا کہ عوام بالخصوص پسماندہ اور غریب طبقات کو سستے اور تیز انصاف کی فراہمی مروجہ قوانین میں ترامیم کا جائزہ لیا جا رہا ہے۔ انہوں نے وزیر اعظم کو فاٹا میں بلدیاتی اداروں سے متعلق صدارتی ریگولیشن ،انسداد دہشت گردی اور گیس بجلی چوری کی روک تھام کے لیے مجازہ ترمیمی بلز کے بارے میں بھی آگاہ کیا۔
