کراچی(مانیٹرنگ ڈیسک این این آئی)وفاقی محتسب اور مشیر پٹرولیم کو ان کے عہدوں سے نااہل قرار دینے کیلئے سپریم کورٹ میں درخواستیں دائر کر دی گئی ہیں۔یہ درخواستیں محمود اختر نقوی نے پیر کو سپریم کورٹ کراچی رجسٹری میں داخل کرائیں۔درخواست گزار کا موقف ہے کہ درہری شہریت کیس کے بعد ڈاکٹر عاصم حسین نے سینیٹ کی نشست سے استعفیٰ دے دیا تھا جس کے بعد انہیں مشیر پٹرولیم بنا دیا گیا۔درخواست گزار کا کہنا ہے کہ ڈاکٹر عاصم کو ان کے عہدے کیلئے نااہل قرار دے کر برطرف کیا جائے۔ایک اور درخواست میں محمود نقوی نے صدر مملکت کے پرنسپل سیکرٹری سلمان فاروقی کو وفاقی محتسب کے اضافی چارج دئیے جانے کو آئین اور قانون کے بھی خلاف قرار دیا۔ان کا موقف ہے کہ سلمان فاروقی کو دی جانے والی اضافی ذمہ داریاں بدنیتی پر مبنی ہیں۔
