لاہور ( این این آئی) لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے ہلاکتوں کا باعث بننے والے کھانسی کے شربت ٹائنو سیرپ کی خریدو فروخت پر پابندی عائد کر دی ۔ لاہور ہائیکورٹ کے جسٹس مظاہر علی اکبر نقوی نے کیس ک سماعت تو درخواست کے وکیل اظہر صدیق نے موقف اختیار کیا کہ ٹائنو سیرپ کے استعمال سے 19افراد جاں بحق ہوچکے ہیں جبکہ متعدد افراد کی حالت غیر ہو چکی ہے ۔ عدالت سے استدعا ہے کہ سیرپ کی خریدو فروخت پر مکمل پابندی عائد کی جائے ۔جسٹس مظاہر علی اکبر نقوی نے قرار دیا کہ انسانی جانوں کا مسئلہ ہے ، عدالت خاموش نہیں رہ سکتی ۔ حکومتیں کام نہ کریں تو پھر عدالت کو مداخلت کرنا پڑتی ہے ۔ عدالت نے تائنو سیرپ کی خریدو فروخت پر پاندی عائد کرتے ہوئے وفاقی اور صوبائی حکومت کو 16جنوری کے لئے نوٹس جاری کر دیئے ہیں۔
